Established in 1978….
We are a fine dining establishment which was originally in North Salem NY. We moved to our current location in Brewster which is a Craftsman style private home built in 1929.
Over the years our menu has evolved from strictly French to a more eclectic offering. The classic dishes are still a mainstay here.
Think House Cured Gravlox, Sizzling Escargot, Baked French Onion Soup, Beef Wellington and Grand Marnier Souffle to name a few…Mix in seasonal items such as Fiddle Head Ferns, Spring Ramps, Arctic Char and Elk Medallions and you may find it hard to decide….
The field stone fireplace is a focal point of the main dining room in winter and the cozy outdoor patio is a perfect place to enjoy cocktails, brunch or dinner in the warmer months.
Owners Deme, Zenel, and Nori hold extremely high standards for all aspects of their business. The long time staff has no turn over and run the restaurant is if it were their own…
We host engagements, intimate wedding receptions, bridal and baby showers and have an ideal location for small corporate dinner functions in our private rooms. Birthdays, anniversaries and family gatherings are often celebrated here. We particularly love to surprise…

About the Family
Zenel, Deme, and Nori come with years of experience from high end fine dining. Here at The Arch we aim to only use the freshest ingredients and feature premium cuts of meat, line caught seafood, and fresh sauces to provide a memorable experience in every way. With impeccable and friendly service we are here to make sure that every guest that walks through our door will be treated and served with careful attention so that their dining experience is memorable.
The Family’s 25+ years of experience comes from owning and operating Castelllo in Danbury and formerly Il Castello in Mamaroneck, attaining the highest ratings from diners and critics alike. Now we are opening our newest location and looking to continue the great history and success of The Arch. We look forward to serving you.
